Marzelest intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Marzelest name, visual identity, website design, text, suit designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, and other original content are owned by or used with permission by Marzelest. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, commercially reuse, scrape, impersonate, misrepresent, remove attribution from, or create misleading associations with Marzelest content without permission.
Commissions and written payment terms
Submitting a contact or commission inquiry does not create a contract, reserve a work, guarantee availability or require payment. Every accepted commission requires a separate written proposal or agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, 50% of the agreed total is due before sourcing, design or construction begins, and the remaining 50% is due after completion and before shipment or handoff. Any exception must be stated in the written agreement. That agreement governs taxes, customs, duties, cancellations, repairs, scope changes, returns, storage, delivery and delays. Payment services, if used, operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Marzelest does not store complete payment card numbers on this website.
