Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to questions, evaluate potential commissions or collaborations, discuss existing works, handle editorial, press, exhibition and film requests, administer accepted commissions and agreed payment records, operate and protect the website, and maintain necessary business records. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or require payment.
Hosting, forms and site measurement
The website is built and hosted with Framer. Framer may process form submissions and technical data needed to host, secure, deliver and measure the site. Payment handling for an accepted commission takes place under its written agreement and, when a payment service is used, that provider’s own terms and privacy practices apply. Marzelest does not sell personal inquiry information and does not store complete payment card numbers on this website.
Browser storage and site measurement
The site may use browser storage and similar technologies for operation, measurement and visitor-requested features. The inquiry form keeps an unfinished draft in session storage so details remain available in the current browser tab, then clears it when the tab closes or submission succeeds. The estimator uses local storage only when a visitor chooses to save a planning summary. Hosting, measurement tools, browser extensions and linked third-party sites may process information under their own controls.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry and accepted-commission records may be retained for as long as reasonably useful for responding, evaluating a proposal, administering an agreement, maintaining business records, resolving payment or delivery issues, or protecting the website. Browser-stored form drafts and saved estimator summaries remain under the visitor’s browser controls. You may request access, correction or deletion of information submitted to Marzelest, subject to records that must reasonably be retained for legal, security, payment or recordkeeping purposes.
Children, external links, and updates
The site is not directed to children and Marzelest does not knowingly seek personal information from children. External links are governed by their own privacy practices. This notice may change when the website or its services change; the updated date above will be revised when appropriate.
