The image changed when it moved
I completed No Amayume on October 31, 2025. Real candy covered the black formalwear, Gorilla high-temperature hot glue held the surface to the fabric, and the completed work weighed more than 25 pounds. In a still image, the color appears almost weightless; on the body, the sound and altered pace become part of the work.
Weight became part of the proposition
The candy makes an immediate promise of pleasure, but the body carries its mass. That tension clarified the finished character for me: joy is present, yet it is never physically neutral.
