The black suit disappeared beneath bloom
I completed Le Fleuravelle on Mother’s Day 2026 with more than 1,200 artificial flowers. From across the room, the tailoring is nearly gone; what remains is a moving volume of color built around the shoulders, torso, hips, and legs.
Different flowers keep different time
Small blooms respond immediately to a turn or current of air. Larger ones arrive a beat later. That difference in tempo gave The Child of Spring its procession: even after the wearer stops, the surface is still settling.
